Website tutorial part 2

December 16th, 2007

I typed up part two of the tutorial about how to use other template designs for your blog. You can click here to see it. If you haven’t yet created your site, be sure to check out part 1 first.

I also added a code someone requested. Add a Christmas border to your profile. Oh and be sure to check out the new codes I added last time. They were codes for hiding the search bar, shortcuts menu or both and hiding the ad at the bottom of blog entries.

The next update will probably be part 3 of the tutorial: how to make money off your site. =]

well if i can i wanted to know if u could make a code where instead of having the lil orange bars in ur “about me” and “who i’d like to meet” u could have like a divider from like photobucket or something! :] if its not too hard to ask thnx

hey ok so i was wondering..i was trying to make the default layout and put a picture as the background (under profile codes) and it doesnt work…can you help me?

plus i was trying to do a text wrap around on my page and it didnt work either..help?!

Okay, you know where people comment? instead of having one color like in my profile black. Why not give the option to add an image behind it? But only where people comment not the outside. Because i have some art work that i want to put. You don’t have to visit my profile… but you know what im talking about.. it’s probably a stupid idea but it’s worth a try i dunno.. thanks bye.

I really need you to make a code to hide the heading, or one to hide the heading, you last login, and all the other stuff in the ‘profile information box’, but keeping the default picture there.

If I use this code, http://myspace-crash-codes.com/blog/codes/hide-profile-info/ , it hides all that AND the default, but I wat to keep my picture there…

usually i make my own
when i copied pasted the code
i saw the credit and it said ‘crash_codes’

i’ve seen people do this where not the words, but that whole entire column where it says, “general, heroes, music, movies, books,” and stuff like that.

its good to finally see sch a a sucessful women!
i love your codes, they really helped to make my page as cool as it is haha

but i was wondering
could you try either or both of these codes

a. one where in the comment area, all text is hidden
so the entire thing is just a big block of pictures
uhm to explain
with the normal comment thing its like this

[other persons picture] || {what they said}

but i was thinking instead of that
its just had the picture and didnt show what they said
eg.
[other persons picture]

[other persons picture]
where the comments would usually be

my second idea

b. is that maybe you could create a code where you only had the text

and i feel so silly asking you to do this
coz I wouldnt have a clue on how to write a code for anything

Also to go along with my last question, how do you put a code for a comment box on a plain white site like you have? Is there another host to go through for that.
I have comment boxes I want to put up but I’m not sure how.
